Working with the Civil Service College in their campaign to promote lifelong learning, I provided UX insights and helped shaped the Customer experience for an app-based learning platform (LEARN) and their e-learning platform - both of which served the entirety of the Singapore Government.

This included the creation of user archetypes, user research, and the application of gamification techniques to entice users to have a sustained presence on the apps.

These content strategies soon bore fruit, as we were able to see a gradual but consistent uptake in learners across a range of industries and age groups.
